A control panel is used to control the machine’s hydraulics according to the output from the laser receiver. It also replicates the display from the receiver inside the machine’s cabin.
A control panel can be used to either automatically control machine’s hydraulics or the user can override and manually control the machines hydraulics via the switches on the control SINGLE panel.
Accuracy settings and hydraulic response can also be adjusted (dependant upon control panel model).
Suits proportional or bang bang valves
3 accuracy settings
Can be integrated with elevating mast
Large, easy to read LCD display
Die-cast aluminum casing
Works with R.5CHP.MC and slope senso
The Dual Receiving System from Lasers is designed for motor graders and able to accomodate 3 different types of sensors: a laser receiver such as the MCE Laserguide, a grade sensor and an ultrasonic tracer. Any of the following configurations are possible:
Two laser receivers
Two ultrasonic sensors
Laser receiver and ultrasonic sensor
Laser receiver and grade sensor
Ultrasonic sensor and grade sensor
The information provided by the sensors is processed by the control panel and displayed on the large, easy to read and understand LCD. The machine’s hydraulics can be controled manually using up/down buttons or a jostick, or the system can operate the hydraulics automatically through ON/OFF or proportional hydraulics control.
